Through the creation of templates you can use Lano even faster and better.
You can create templates for various functions or work stages, which you can use over and over as needed. Templates could be, for example, contracts, questionnaires or checklists. Altogether, there are four different kinds of Lano templates.
1. Templates for Invitations (Onboarding)
When you invite a new partner to your Lano network, you can add previously created templates to your invitation which your partner can view, edit or confirm after registering with Lano.
Examples for onboarding templates are:
personal questionnaires
master agreements
confidentiality agreements
2. Templates for Projects
You can even use templates when creating a project. For example, if certain projects occur over and over again, you can create templates with project details that you can then just simply select.
3. Templates for Tasks
Analogous to templates for projects you can create templates for assignments.
4. Templates for Task Requests
When you send an assignment inquiry to an external partner, you can already attach contracts, detailed briefings or other documents.
