The development and growth of your talent pool with external coworkers and service providers is one of the most important features of Lano.
There are three ways to add new partners to “My Network”:
Invite a partner right away
Send your partner an invitation to work together through Lano. Your partner can set up his own Lano account and make use of our platform to the full extent.
Add a partner and invite him later
Set up a profile for a new partner without sending an invitation. You can manage the partner through Lano and invite him at a later time.
Invite multiple partners at once
Send a group invitation to any number of partners.
To add new partners to your network, go to My Network > Partners and choose if you want to invite or add a partner.
Invite a partner right away
Fill out the mandatory fields and click on the button “invite”. Your partner will then receive an email from us with an invitation link through which he can register on our platform.
Type: Choose here if it is a freelancer or a service provider.
Templates: You can add documents to your invitation (e.g. personnel questionnaire or master agreement). Relevant templates can be created by administrators. Find more information here.
Groups: Assign you partner to one or more groups.
Message: Add a personalized message to your invitation that is being sent to your partner.
Email: Put in the email address to which the invitation is being sent.
Add a partner and invite him later
If you add a partner without sending an invitation, you can manage him through Lano just the same.
Choose if it is a freelancer or a service provider, put in the name and email address, and add further optional information about your partner. Now click on “Create” to set up a partner profile.
So that your partner can inform you about the status of his assignments or create invoices through Lano, you can invite him to Lano anytime. Just go into your network, look for the desired partner, and click on the invite symbol in his profile.
Invite multiple partners at once
You have the option to send a group invitation to multiple partners at once. This option is useful for example if you want to add all contacts from an Excel spreadsheet to your Lano network. To do so, go to My Network > Requests and click on the button “Bulk Invite Partner”. 
Fill out the required fields, upload a CSV file with the email addresses of your partners, and then click on “Invite”.
