Easily create new projects and give assignments to external partners.
In order to create a new project, go through the menu to Project Overview and click on “Add Project”.
After you fill out the mandatory fields, click on “Create” to save your project.
Title: give your project a name
Description: a short summary of your project
Budget (optional): create a budget
Project duration: set the duration for your project
Templates (optional): Attach a created template to the project
Within a project you can create as many tasks as you like and assign them to your partners. If all partners involved in a project are to be able to see all individual tasks, you can identify your project as a "Shared Project".
As soon as you are done creating the project you can create corresponding tasks and assign them to external partners.
The Project at a Glance
To get all relevant information about a project, call up the project overview and click on the title of the project.
1. Basic Information
Here you will quickly find the answers to all important questions about a project:
What is the budget?
How much money has already been spent?
What is the project period?
Who created the project?
How is the project progressing?
2. Project Details
Here you can see a short project description and upload documents (detailed project briefing etc.) if required.
3. Tasks
Here you can see all tasks that have been created within the project, as well as who is working on these tasks and their status.
4. Partners
All external partners involved in the project are listed here.
5. Team Members
All colleagues from your company who are invited to the project are listed here.
6. Notes & Comments
Under this tab you can leave notes about the project, which are only visible for you and your colleagues. On the other hand, you can write comments about the project, which can also be viewed by external partners.
