Your network offers you a quick overview of all your freelancers and service providers. Here you can search for suitable partners for your projects and find all important information in the partner profiles.

You can navigate to an overview of your contacts via the menu under My Network > Partners

All partners in your network are displayed here in a card view. Alternatively, you can display your contacts in a table view.

Search the network for contact(s)

To quickly find a suitable partner for an order, you have several search and filter options.

  •     Search by name or e-mail address

  •     Limit the search to people who are available during the project period

  •     Filter according to a previously created group ("Marketing", "Photographers" etc.)

  •     Filter by skills (specified by the partner himself in his profile)

  •     Filter by set tags

  •     Filter by ratings

  •     Filter by type (freelancer, vendor, self-managed, invited)

  •     Filter by hourly rate

  •     Filter by daily rate

Your partners in short profile

In the card view, all partners of your network appear with a card containing the most important basic information about a partner.

In addition to the name of the partner you will see (if specified by the partner or yourself) the partner's place of residence, set tags, rating, hourly/daily rate, number of jobs already assigned, and membership in one or more groups.

At the top right of the cards you will also see one of four icons. These have the following meaning or enable the following action:

1. By clicking on the calendar you can see the availability of a partner.

2. You have added this partner to your network (= self-managed) but have not yet invited him/her. Click on the symbol to send a request to a partner for collaboration via Lano.  3. You have sent the partner an invitation to your network by email, but he has not yet joined.

4. Your partner has joined your network, but has not yet completed onboarding, e.g. because information you requested is still missing.

Clicking on the card will take you to a detailed partner profile where you can find a lot more information.

Invitations in the overview

You can always check the status of your invitation requests in your invitation overview. Go to My Network > Requests from the menu.

Here you can see

  •     to whom or to which e-mail you have sent a request,

  •     whether the requested partner is a freelancer or a vendor,

  •     when you sent the request,

  •     whether the partner has already been assigned to a group,

  •     which templates (onboarding documents such as contracts) were sent with the request,

  •     and whether the partner has already accepted the request (= has created a Lano account).
