Before you can use templates for invitations to your network, projects and tasks, and task reests, you must create them in Lano.

How to create templates is explained in this article. As soon as a template has been created, it can be used for the corresponding function.

1. Templates for Invitations (Onboarding)

When you send an invitation to a partner to join your Lano network, you first indicate whether the partner is a freelancer or a service provider. You can then select the templates you want to send to your partner from a list.

After the partner has registered with Lano, he can view, fill out or sign the submitted templates. All templates sent to partners are automatically saved in the partner profile and can be viewed at any time.

2. Templates for Projects & Tasks

When you create a new project or task, you can also use previously created templates. Templates are useful here, if projects/tasks are repeated regularly. You can then, for example, save certain information for your projects/tasks as a template, which will then be displayed to all participating partners in the project/task description.

3. Templates for Task Requests

If you have created a task and want to request partners for processing, you can attach a template to your request. For example, this template could be a non-disclosure agreement or a checklist that must be confirmed or completed by your partner before the order can be accepted.

4. Send templates directly from your partner`s profile

If required, you can also send templates directly from the partner profile. In this way, you can obtain the information, confirmations, etc. you need at any time.

Open the profile of the desired partner, go to the tab Documents & Templates, click on "Send template" and select the desired template.
