To store all the invoices in a central location, you can save all the invoices that were mailed or emailed to you to your Lano account.

To do so, navigate through your menu to your invoice overview and click on “Add Invoice”.

Now you can import an invoice to Lano in just three steps.

1. Invoice Upload

Choose the invoicing party ("Partner") and upload a PDF of the invoice.

If the partner is not yet part of your Lano network, you have to create a profile for them first.

2. Invoice Details

Transfer the invoice data into the assigned fields. All information that is already available through the profile of the invoicing party will automatically be transferred.

If needed, you can fill out or edit the invoice details, the bank account details and the billing address manually.

If an assignment for the invoiced task has not been created yet, you can do so directly in the invoice details by clicking on "Add Position".

3. Review

Lastly, check if the information in the PDF invoice matches the information put in by you, e.g. the details that were automatically transferred through the system.

You can click on "Previous" to make any necessary changes. If everything is correct, click on "Create" to store the invoice.

After creating the invoice, a quick plausibility check has to be performed for safety measures

Now the invoice can get approved
