With Lano you can manage all your customers centrally in one place. Add customers to your network, create profiles and save all important documents directly in the customer profiles.




To add a new customer to your Lano account navigate to "My Network" from the menu and click "Add Company". 




Enter all important information about your customer into our mask and click on "Create" to generate the customer profile. 


In the profiles of your customers, all important documents that you exchange with clients are stored and you can retrieve them at any time. 


To be able to invoice your clients, you must also specify one or more invoice recipients in the customer profile.




Invite your clients to Lano - get 100€ referral bonus


As soon as you have created a new client, you can invite them to Lano. When your clients open a Lano account, you can work with them directly through our platform. This means that you can not only invoice them, but also receive orders through Lano, keep your clients informed of the progress of your work and follow the payment status in real time after invoicing. 


To recommend a client to collaborate with you through Lano, go to the customer profile and click on the referral button in the upper right corner.


Then enter the email of teh client you would like to invite to Lano. We will send an email on your behalf to the address provided with a referral link that your client can use to register with Lano.
