Define cost centers and cost units for your company so that you can allocate expenses for external partners accordingly. 


Before you can use the accounting functions, you must activate them:


1. Navigate via the menu to Company Settings > Settings

2. Open the Accounting tab

3. Activate the checkbox Use accounting

4. click on "Save" in the upper right corner



After you have activated the accounting functions, you will find the item Accounting in the main menu. Click here on Booking accounts to define cost centers and cost units for your company. 



To create a new booking account, click on the button "Add account" in the upper right corner. 


Define the account type, assign an account number, and name the account. Finally, click on "Add" to create the booking account.




You can edit, activate or deactivate your booking accounts at any time. Click on the three dots to the right of the account name. 




If the booking accounts are activated, submitted invoices can be assigned accordingly.
