In your task overview you have quick access to all the information in regards to your assignments. 


You can get to the assignment overview through the menu under Projects and Tasks > Tasks


Here you see for every task: 

  • the processing status

  • who created the task

  • the duration of the task 

  • which project the task belongs to

  • what your compensation is (fixed rate, daily rate, hourly rate) 



Processing Status of Your Tasks

You can keep your clients informed about the processing status of your work by changing the status of your tasks. For every change of status, the clients will receive a notification. 


Your clients can also change the status of tasks, and you will receive a notification as well. 


Assignments can be shown in seven different statuses: 


1. The client gave you a task, or you created a task yourself. 


2. You started working on a task. 


3. You finished a task and submitted it to the client for approval. 


4. Your client accepted the task and you can issue an invoice. 


5. Your client or you have cancelled a task. 


6. Your client has put a task on hold, e.g. the conditions have changed. 


7. You can set the status to completed yourself when you have already been paid.
