You can check on the status of all your tasks and on the overall project progress in the project details. 


To do so, go to the project page and click on the desired project. 


You can view all tasks within the project under the tab “Tasks”. 


In the column “Status” you can see the current processing status of the tasks.


 


Assignments can be displayed in nine different statuses: 


1. Generated tasks that have not yet been assigned to a partner. 


2. Awaiting acceptance from a partner for an assignment. 


3. You gave a task to a partner who can now start the processing. 


4. The partner is working on the task. 

5. The partner completed the task and you can now check it. 


6. You accepted the task and the partner can invoice you for it. 

7. If you deny or rather cancel the task, the partner cannot invoice you. 


8. The processing of the task is interrupted. 


9. When you change the status to “Completed”, no more invoices can be submitted. 



Notifications of Status Changes 

When a partner accepts an inquiry to process a task or finishes a task, you will receive a notification in your Lano account. 

Likewise, your partners get notified when you send a task request or you accept a task.
